Week #6 - Almost in the Field

Guys I have 6 days left and I´ll be in the field. HOW DOPE IS THAT! I mean this place is cool and all but I'm ready to bounce. Thank for all writing me, the fact that you still think of me every so often when I'm thousands of miles away means the entire world to me. Im out here because of the joy we can have with each other and i want that to last for eternity. How is everything going back home? How school for everyone? Hows the dating scene let me know ;) But I have learned so much here, I have learned mad patience because some people here are just plain stupid and others completely spoiled or entitled to the core haha Everyone is leaving though it is kind of weird. We just released our mission president and are getting a new one today. Our last president was way close with a ton of apostles especially Elder Holland. Well the church is true and if you have any questions about THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS, ask me :)

Week #5 - 2 weeks left!!

Hey! Everybody this is crazy I only have two weeks left in the MTC!!!  I am so pumped you don't even know, I mean it is really great here, you learn at light speeds, like seriously, I'm progressing really fast. To be in the field excites me so much more though, it’s a real routine here and I’m kind of done with it and ready for the streets of Florida! ;) 

Let me start this off on a really high funny point this week, in class we were about to start our prayer and I don't know what was going on but our teacher's computer right as we start praying says, "I have a crazy kinky sex life", he stopped it way fast and we all started busting up laughing it was super awkward but mad hilarious haha :D:D:D:D:D:D:D  

Alright, So this week was a little crumby I got sick and after I got better I was playing cage soccer and a kid kicked my ankle super hard from the side...it dislocated and stretched the tendons and ligaments a bit so it is super super tender and it’s freaking p-day today and I can’t do much!! But I’m still gonna play some sports haha a bum ankle can’t stop me ;) My comp has been so chill also he is a real stud right now, honestly a lot better than most of than others, he pushed me around in a wheelchair for a bit but I hated it, people have it so much worse and it bugged me…I felt so incapable.

I have really really enjoyed all the pictures you guys have been sending me and for those that write me it truly means a lot and I love you for the time you take out of your weeks :) I've been missing home a lot and all of you guys, but that is only if I think about it. If I think about what’s here and the people I'm with, then I'm fine, but when i think about home I miss everyone and doing normal things ya know? But I am invested in the best work that can be done on this planet, to give people joy, to give people eternity with the people they love. To me it’s all worth it, just the thought that I can be with my family and friends, the ones I love, for eternity....I would give anything. You guys mean the world and more to me and the reason I’m out here is because I want others to have the same joy I have and have the same kind of people in their lives like I do for eternity. 

Yo se que El Señor es nuestros salvador, Yo se que podemos vivir juntos para siempre, Ustedes significar el mundo a mí. Con este evangelio podemos tener felicdad en todos de nuestros vidas y crecer en maravilloso formas. En este iglesia hay no malo cosas, solamente bien. Les amo y quiero ser con ustedes por eternidad, podemos y debemos pero solamente a traves este evangelio y Jesucristo y su expiación en el nombre de Jesucristo amen.

[Translation] 
I know that the Lord is our savior.  I know we can live together forever. You mean the world to me. With this gospel we can have the gospel in all of our lives and grow in wonderful ways. This church is not bad things, but good. I love you and want to be with you for eternity, but can and must only through this gospel of Jesus Christ and His Atonement, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Week #4 - Pictures from Mexico!!

I had some people that don’t usually write me this week and it was really awesome.  I want emails from whomever… it means the world to me! :)  So how is everything back home?  I know it’s freezing for you guys :) It’s great here…except it’s been cold for Mexico like 50 degrees.  We went to the temple today and got a ton of pictures.

It was our first time out of the walls (of the MTC) since we’ve been here so it was incredible, the scenery is so cool because it’s so different but we are super super lucky and blessed to be in the U.S.  There was a fire in the mountains this week and we taught a real person...it was crazy!  My Spanish needs so muccchhhhhh work. 

Not used to being around this many people so I’m kinda missing home a bit…haha… I’ve been with my other three companions for 3 weeks 24 hours a day… haha…

Week #3 - Christmas in Mexico

Hey Guys!

Aw it is so good to talk it it the only way to connect with the outside and it is awesome, whats everyone up to down here has been way chill all of us get along super well now and crazy things go down here haha. We have tie trades every week and like hundreds of elders go to a house and bring all their ties, its like a swap meet. We pulled a bunch of house pranks so far and made our own playing cards its pretty dope not gonna lie ;) I’m gonna send pictures today for sure, but let me know how it is back home :)

La iglesia es verdadero y estoy feliz aqui. Yo se que jesucristo es el salvador y que nosotros puedo recibir revelaccion para el espiritu santo. Les amo!!

[Translation] The church is true & I'm happy here. I know that Jesus Christ is the son of God & that we can get revelation from the Holy Spirit. I love you!

Last night I cut a kids hair and I might become the barber for all the Elders because I did a really good job, like it looks dope and everyone is asking me to do their hair ;P

Week #2 - YOOOOO!!!!!!

So first off, Mexico is soooo beautiful, so I will try to get pictures and send them.  I lost my camera so that's a bummer haha! But I LOVE it out here… it is amazing.  I mean you really get fo ) cused on the Lord but the best part is that you get to talk to people, like really talk to people without worldly distractions and technology, it’s a contact high for sure ;) 

I don't really like my companion anymore he tries to follow people and change who he is for them, also he tries to insult me all the time and he is a compulsive liar… haha…he said he didn't even want to be here so it’s like me doing all the work. But besides him, I couldn't be happier this place is beautiful, everyone is so nice and we all talk A TON, plus I'm learning a lot about myself and how much I truly love the gospel and how amazing it is. 

Spanish though...It’s a straight pain in my butt, like I'm learning really really fast but it is definitely hard but it makes me happy when I can speak better and my progression is moving fast but I def need practice. 

I want to hear from everyone though! Email me whatever this is the only thing I have from back home :) I’ll send pictures soon and if there is anyone that wants to email me or receive my email send me their emails and I’ll add them to the list! And you know if someone wants to send me a camera that's chill too.  And…if you guys wants to know anything email me some questions :)

P.S.  Also you guys wouldn't believe how long the days feel here, like it feels like I've been here a month I can’t even explain it, like I thought I did a ton at home but literally I didn't do anything compared to what I do here, like your days are sooooooooooo long.

Week #1 - That Mexico Life

Hey guys I’m here and I’m ok.  It is really beautiful down here and I want you guys to know I really love and miss you already. This has gotta be short but I lost my camera so today has been a little rough it might have been stolen. My p-day is Tuesday and I’ll be able to write from 9-5…but the earlier the better… that’s probably when I’ll write.
